Add a from: and a to: for a time based duration.

SUMMARY
Allow to set a schedule for do not disturb mode ei: just like android has.

OBSERVED RESULT
currently Do no disturb mode activates only via screen sharing ,when screens are mirrored, and manually via shortcut.   

EXPECTED RESULT
The ability to set a time based schedule.
