SUMMARY
Changing keyboard shortcuts with multiple tabs open causes shortcuts to reset to default.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open multiple tabs.
2. Open keyboard shortcut editor, change a shortcut from the default to anything else (e.g. change "Open Menu" from "F10" to "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Super+L").
3. Wait a few seconds and the shortcut will revert to default.

OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard shortcuts revert to default.

EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard shortcuts should remember the new setting and not revert to default.
