When clipboard tray icon is set to always hidden, emptying clipboard causes it to disappear until you copy something (KDE 6.0.4). When you set it to always visible, its permanent even if you empty clipboard. It's permanent when its set to always hidden at KDE 5.27, even if you clear clipboard.
Once i managed to make it appear at hidden tray icon menu but clipboard didn't open, every other tray icon was working normally.

I'm not quite sure I fully understand. Can you be a bit more specific about which particular situation you have an issue with? Ideally with replication steps that I can do myself to see the issue in effect.
