SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kwin / kde plasma inside a QEMU virtual machine with virtio-gpu and connect to it via SPICE (e.g. spicy)
2. move the mouse cursor around

OBSERVED RESULT

The cursor is inverted / flipped along a horizontal line the hotspot is on

EXPECTED RESULT

The kernel has support for DRM_CLIENT_CAP_CURSOR_PLANE_HOTSPOT (or whatever it should be called).
