Observed behaviour: During the grid effect, when several windows are open in a virtual desktop, and they are moved to a free virtual desktop, for one of the windows the maximization animation occurs. The window chosen to be maximized seems to be defined by its position in the overview, not whether it was opened last or added last to the window group.

Expected behaviour: The windows should be moved without the maximization animation.

Operating System: KDE neon 6.0
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0
Kernel Version: 6.5.0-28-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

Hey, i'm thinking this may be a duplicate of bug 459226.

Both describe the same issue, groups of windows dropped into a Desktop Grid tile should not run their arrangement animation.
