Whole setup, arrows show selected area and partialy visible toolbars

1. Having a dual monitor setup: one in portrait, second in landscape.

2. Trying to make a screenshot of  the taskbar on the main (left) monitor.

3. Only part of the "Save as" and "Annotation" toolbars are visible. Other parts are of the screen and no way to see/interact with them.

Can you post your system settings screen layout with resolutions and scale factors?

Both are FHD with 100% scale.
