Only root can run Discover to update the packages for Fedora 39. Other users get the message "Failed to obtain authentication". It throws out the message from the command line "Failed to refresh appstream metadata for  fedora :  "Flatpak system operation DeployAppstream not allowed for user"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
The message "Failed to obtain authentication" appears.

Please take this up with fedora, sounds like either a packaging or configuration problem.
