However, sometimes, seemingly randomly, it goes to top and I cannot move it back down with anything obvious. It covers the top of every windows, too. "plasmashell --replace" fixes it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE (randomly) 1. Minimise all windows 2. Scroll on the background to get to another virtual desktop OBSERVED RESULT Plasma panel goes to top EXPECTED RESULT Panel stays wherever it was at that time.
