STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the Application Dashboard
2. search for an app
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the app is listed under "Applications" category, but other categories without any search result (System Settings, Desktop Sessions, Power, etc) are also listed. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
omit categories without any search result
