I open pdf files from my file browser constantly for work, and now I have to alt+tab to select the Okular window after double clicking a file to open. When I'm using two screens this is really frustrating, because I'll open a file, glance, and close the tab with ctrl+W but my file browser closes, because the Okular window didn't become the active window like it normally does. I can't find any settings to change, nor any web searches that address this. It might be a Nautilus issue, but when I open other files such as a text file, my text editor window automatically comes up front and is the active window. Same for other files types. And if I right click a pdf and open with Document Viewer or Google Chrome, those applications become active and come to the front of all my windows. It's just Okular that seems to have this problem. Thank you for your bug report! Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), as this version of the KDE software is out of support from KDE, and so it's possible that the bug exists only in Debian at this point. Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream. Thanks for understanding!
