SUMMARY
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports does not have a HOWTO for a "Fedora Atomic Desktop" that uses rpm-ostree and/or toolbox.

In my experience, toolbox is not reliable, so it may be best to have instructions for layering with rpm-ostree install instead of using toolbox. Otherwise users may have to fight against toolbox bugs before being able to get crash reports working.
