Mixed light/dark theme example

SUMMARY
Whenever using Breeze Dark, certain tools and applications get mixed light/dark color themes like with System Settings, Emoji Selector, Spectacle, and Elisa. This has been a reoccurring issue for us since the KDE Plasma 6.0.0 release and we also couldn't figure out what's the cause. At the moment, we're using this forked ports tree to test for Plasma 6 before merging their ports to the upstream ports tree: https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-kde/tree/kde-it_goes_to_6

The attached window screenshot serves as an example of the issue.
