Depiction of the problem.

SUMMARY
Signing in to the Akademy login page caused the site to crash.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Visit https://volunteers.akademy.kde.org/volunteers/signin/
2.  Use identity.kde.org credentials.

OBSERVED RESULT

I should have been able to log in.

The site is currently not in use (wasn't used at the last two Akademy's I believe) so not sure whether we'll need to bring it into operation.
