SUMMARY
Problems with drop down in panel on top of screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Add new system tray to a brand new panel on top of screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
Hidden option and other dropdowns fail to show up

EXPECTED RESULT
Drop downs like wifi, hidden options should display like the default
