Empty gaps in the list when running update

SUMMARY

When updating packages, for some reason entry of each package doesn't disappear when updating is done, so it places empty gap in the list. You can see how it looks like in attachment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Updates tab
2. Run 'Update All'
3. Observe the bug

OBSERVED RESULT

Empty gap appear when package is done updating.

EXPECTED RESULT

Package entry should be removed from the list.

Looks like this is graphical glitch.

Will be fixed in the next stable release, was fixed by 05795bf99a84950b4754d0ec334a8ef300d7bad8.
