SUMMARY
When there is no internet (router is off or disconnected) and then there is internet, Plasma doesn't connect to the internet automatically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have no internet
2. do have internet
3. can't connect to the internet
4. unplug the ethernet cable and wait a minute
5. reconnect the cable and the newly activated network has internet

EXPECTED RESULT
When the connection status changes Plasma should connect to the newly available network

Thanks for the bug report, and sorry we were not able to get to it yet! So you see this with a wired connection? Does it affect a wireless one too?

Is it still happening in Plasma 6.3.4 or later?

I forgot about it as well, luckily it has been fixed along the way. Now even when I'm disconnected it shows a network-wired-available icon, but I guess I should file a separate bug for that
