SUMMARY
Bluetooth mouse freezing until i unplug-replug phone from wall power socket with phone that is connected to pc via kdeconnect only. unplug-replug fixes bluetooth mouse connected to pc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. wait til mouse freezes on usb hub (this doesn't occur if BT dongle is plugged directly into laptop, only the hub) and happens randonly.
2. unplug-replug phone power charging cable from wall outlet.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
problem fixed when power cable plugged (until next freeze)


EXPECTED RESULT
standard bt mouse function regardless of whether phone is connected via kdeconnect

mouse is a logitech m570 trackball if that helps
