SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an application pinned to taskbar
2. Open the application and then close it
3. The pinned taskbar icon will disappear for a few seconds and then come back

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
The taskbar icons should stay

I can also reproduce this issue on version 6.0.4 of Plasma. I did notice that the icon on the panel reappeared when the launch feedback also finished, but I can't confirm if it is related or not.

Setting this to confirmed since multiple people reported having the same issue.

Still happens on KDE 6.1.4.
