SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install 6.0 on configuration.nix
2. Run kate/kwrite as administrator

OBSERVED RESULT
Shows a error saying Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol 'admin'.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should ask for a password and run normally

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: nixos 23.11 Kde desktop environment 
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.3

That works for me on current NixOS unstable, get asked for permission.
