SUMMARY
got message that it's impossible to acquire the screenshoot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1-install the program
2-try to aquire a new screenshoot

OBSERVED RESULT
instead of getting the selection square i got a message reporting it's impossible to acquire the screenshoot.
Up to 3 days ago it was working

EXPECTED RESULT
issue to be fixed

I tried reboot the OS , tryed to unistall , then istall . No luck .

Unfortunately, version 21.12.3 is no longer supported.
