STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor
2. Click on "Edit Page" button
3. Click on "Discard Changes" button

OBSERVED RESULT
empty applications list, as seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
running applications are listed
