Applet tooltips blinking

SUMMARY
When hovering over icons in the system tray, the appearing tooltip often blinks - see attached video.

Qt 6.7.0
X11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It doesn't happen one every hover, and I haven't figured out what it depends on.

I haven't seen it happen with icons directly inside the panel (outside the collapsible tray popup) yet.

Does it happen on Wayland too, or only X11?

And are you still able to reproduce it in any circumstance with current git master, where the Morphing Popups effect has been deleted?
