STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter "iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" in any text input field of Qt app
2. Observe the result

Are you using Wayland or X11?
Which Graphics Card are you using? 
How many monitors are you using?
Does this only happen on specifically 175% scaling?
