SUMMARY
Opening systemsettings and going to Display & Monitor shows the monitors and resizing the window causes these icons to flicker between having the coloured bar at the bottom and it being a gradient filling the icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch systemsettings
2. Go to Display & Monitor
3. Resize window (vertical)

OBSERVED RESULT
Display icons flicker between normal and being a gradient 

EXPECTED RESULT
Display icons remain normal at any window size

Linux: 6.8.5-zen1-1-zen
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.3

Qt Version: 6.7.0

What desktop theme do you use? Also can you run systemsettings from terminal and redirect its output to a file and attach it here?
