Empty Application list

Starting from version 24.01, Kde application send all notifications to phone if enabled and when you enter the form to select/unselect the applications that you want the notifications enabled for, the list is empty so you cannot disable per app notification that are sent to phone. For sure, I know that an application must have sent at least one notification to be listed but not this time .... applications never show up
