SUMMARY
The Okular is installed with default settings and the problem occurs when I was trying to change and save the settings. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular(v23.8.1) via Microsoft Store.
2. Open it.
3. Change random settings, then click Apply and Confirm.
4. Quit Okular.
5. Open it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The settings changed return to default ones.

EXPECTED RESULT
The settings should be cahnged and saved.
