Sorry for some mistyping: my naib PC - > ny main PC; umage -> image
Previously I reported this problem here: https://discuss.kde.org/t/unending-pop-up/13738/10
From the video it looks very clearly as a problem with the program that does the "convert to JPEG" - it gets stuck in "Initializing". This is not a problem with Neon - I suggest you check with the "re-image" developers.
Already done (https://github.com/eclipseo/reimage/issues/4)! But the problem is that the same application (extension of Dolphin) works in some KDE Neon installations, and not in another one. The same (the 2.5). This is why I guess that the problem is something in KDE Neon (some packages?)
Maybe this bug (related with windows) could be somehow linked with other bugs I notice at the present: - no way to cancel from KDE menu a single recent file - the first time I open a root window, the window is not focused
As I said here (https://discuss.kde.org/t/unending-pop-up/13738/17), I solved installing qbus, with this command: sudo apt install qtchooser
