SUMMARY
When I open a full screen window (video in firefox or mpv), the fps on the second monitor gets lower.
This doesn't happen in kwin 6.0.3.1.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a full screen video in firefox on the 1st monitor 
2. try scrolling in firefox on the 2nd monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is very laggy

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling is smooth

I started to git bisect and I can't reproduce the issue anymore. Maybe a rebuild did the trick... Sorry for the noise.
