1. See above
2. Or Press Ctrl+Alt+F3 because the screen locker crashed
3. Profit?

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Neon is still reported as 5.27 by agetty

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be 6.0 or since this isn't the first time (cf. bug 433022) maybe only 6 without a minor version?
