Can you let us know if this is still an issue in Plasma 6.3.2? I checked on git-master as well as 6.3.2. The font used for the music information is smaller. This allows more text to be displayed. On my lock screen it looks much better than in your screenshot.

The current design puts everything on one row: art, labels, and playback buttons. And this row is designed to be the same width as the row above it, which is quite narrow. I think this needs a fundamental redesign, since no bug-fix is really possible. P.S. good taste in music :)
