trash_kcm leads to conflict

SUMMARY

we can't modify the trash settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on trash icon
2. select "trash settings
3.

OBSERVED RESULT

we get an error message

Impossible de trouver le module externe kcm_trash (enable to find the external module kcm_trash)

EXPECTED RESULT

We can access to trash settings.

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20240412
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL DATA

IF we try to install the package, we get conflict between trash_kcm and kio-core. see the capture.

Fabien Vogt (openSUSE team) says :
It's because both packages provide /usr/share/applications/kcm_trash.desktop.
I guess the only solution is to split the trash kcm away from kio-core.
