STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Sound KCM 
2. mute or unmute the notification sounds
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
after the provided steps, the KCM has two "Notification sounds" sliders. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
just one slider
