STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. In the clipboard applet, go "Configure Clipboard"
2. Go to "Shortcuts"
3. Change any shortcut


OBSERVED RESULT
Apply button remains disabled.


EXPECTED RESULT
Apply button should be enabled, to give the user the choice to apply the new changes without closing the window.
