SUMMARY The camera applet doesn't indicate that the camera is in use. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a Google Meet or other WEB-RTC enabled service in Vivaldi (or any similar XWayland browser) 2. Enable camera 3. See the applet OBSERVED RESULT Camera applet shows that no camera is in use EXPECTED RESULT Camera clearly shows that Vivaldi is using the camera SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (Wayland session) (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: v6.0.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.6.3 kernel version: 6.8.4-zen1-1-zen (64-bit) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The microphone counterpart detects the sound capture device correctly I'm using `pipewire pulse` and `kde-portal` associated with screensharing.

That makes sense since this functionality only works for Wayland apps, or those using the portal system.
