SUMMARY
The camera applet doesn't indicate that the camera is in use. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Google Meet or other WEB-RTC enabled service in Vivaldi (or any similar XWayland browser)
2. Enable camera
3. See the applet 

OBSERVED RESULT
Camera applet shows that no camera is in use

EXPECTED RESULT
Camera clearly shows that Vivaldi is using the camera

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (Wayland session)

KDE Plasma Version: v6.0.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.3
kernel version: 6.8.4-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The microphone counterpart  detects the sound capture device  correctly

I'm using `pipewire pulse` and `kde-portal` associated with screensharing.

That makes sense since this functionality only works for Wayland apps, or those using the portal system. Marking as a duplicate of Bug 482614, which requests a deeper integration with the system that would be required to make it work for other apps.
