SUMMARY
The desktops apps are unable to send any files to any device, they're only able to receive files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Installed the KDE Connect from google play store.
2. Installed KDE from kde.org.
3. Installed KDE from opensuse tumbleweed repos.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only the mobile phone can send files to other devices.

EXPECTED RESULT
Files can get sent any to any.

Try right-clicking the tray icon on the desktop (I'm on windows) and sending from there. It seems to work there but not from the file explorer or from the main app page.
