SUMMARY

"Media" tab in right sidebar ("Room Media") sometimes blinks rapidly, looks like scroll position inside it is changing back and forth multiple times per second.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter some matrix room that contains media (I tried #main:postmarketos.org)
2. Switch to "Media" tab in the right sidebar
3. If blinking does not start right away, resize NeoChat window vertically until blinking occurs

OBSERVED RESULT

Content in "Room media" blinks rapidly (scroll position changes several times per second)

EXPECTED RESULT

Scroll position in "Room media" stays the same until scrolled by user
