STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move a PDF file to the desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
A full icon

EXPECTED RESULT
the icon will appear on the top left corner

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

does it also happen if you put the desktop zoom at 100%?

It doesn't in my another computer with 100% zoom and same resolution
