SUMMARY
After adding the System Monitor applet to a new empty panel, and then deleting the panel. The number of System Monitor applets, in the add new applets window, still counts the applet on the deleted panel as active.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. adding the System Monitor applet to a new empty panel
2. deleting the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
The number of System Monitor applets, in the add new applets window, still counts the applet on the deleted panel as active.  


EXPECTED RESULT
The number of System Monitor applets, in the add new applets window, does not count the applet on the deleted panel as active.

This isn't a bug with the applets, I believe this is caused by the panel being kept around for undo purposes.

Does the issue persist only until you click the close button in the "undo deleting this panel" notification?
