Line's starting point is not being snapped

SUMMARY
Start of the line is not snapped to grid when using Line Tool

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable grid display and grid snapping
2. Take Line Tool
3. Click slightly off-grid

OBSERVED RESULT
"Preview" line is snapped to grid, while the real line is not


EXPECTED RESULT
Should snap
