Empty Themes Menu

SUMMARY
I installed latest Labplot version for macOS on mac silicone (tried on a M1 and a M2 Macbook). Overall it is a brilliant software, thanks so much. However, in this version (labplot-2.10.1-macOS_14-arm64.dmg) the themes are empty and also I found that the example files cannot be opened. I tried with older versions and 2.6.0, 2.8.2 and 2.9.0 all are fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install labplot-2.10.1-macOS_14-arm64.dmg version (with removed quarantine xattr)
2. open menu Preferences / Worksheet and pull-down Theme is empty
3. open menu File / Open Example produces following message: "Couldn't open the examples collections file /ExampleCollections.json. Please check your installation."

OBSERVED RESULT
- Themes are neither available in Preferences nor in context menus for the diagrams
- after closing the message from Examples the mouse waiting roller is running for some time and the examples are shown and can be opened
