The switch can be seen with a blue outline even though the mouse cursor is not hovering over it

SUMMARY
The switch to manually block sleep and screen locking always has the focus style, i.e. a blue outline, active.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Power and Battery" popup

OBSERVED RESULT
The switch has a blue outline similar to the one a focused switch in the other popups has

EXPECTED RESULT
The switch should not have a blue outline unless hovered over.
