Created attachment 168084 [details] Actions that not function SUMMARY When using partitionmanager, it open asking sudo/root password, but when creating a new mount point under /media or /mnt via the application, I've got access refused. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open paritionmanager. Enter your sudo password 2. Select "manage/change mount point" on a partition 3. In the mountpoint path, select browse 4. Go under /media (or /mnt) and select "create folder" 5. The application refuse to create a folder : I haven't got supercow power (But I have, I have already enter my password to access the software) Bonus : Setting up manualy a folder that doesn't exist will not create it. Will haven't got an error while validating, but will have one trying to mount the partition (mount -a) OBSERVED RESULT I'm not able to create a systemwide mountpoint, even if my su/sudo password is asked. I need to use the terminal to first create the folder with mkdir -p EXPECTED RESULT Kpartmanager could be able to create a new folder to manage a new mountpoint, without any use of the terminal/other method, as it is proposed by the application.
