SUMMARY
Unable to fill a box shape with a pattern fill on a vector layer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  create vector layer and select it
2.  select pattern fill from tool options
3. create a box

OBSERVED RESULT
box does not have a pattern fill

EXPECTED RESULT
box with a pattern fill

also tested on windows 10, krita 5.2.2 and has the same behavior
