Current Mar-2024 holidays as per kholidays

SUMMARY
`kholidays` currently flags both Good Friday & Easter Sunday as public holidays in Ireland (Republic). However, these are not public holidays. See also:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KOrganizer.
2. In the drop-down menus: Settings > Configure KOrganizer.
3. In the "Holidays" pane of "Time and Date" tab select "Ireland (English)" from the drop down-menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
KOrganizer populates the Irish public holidays, but includes Good Friday & Easter Sunday.

EXPECTED RESULT
KOrganizer populates the Irish public holidays, but does not include Good Friday & Easter Sunday.
