SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. in the systray on kmail icon right click then choose "new mail"
2. or in kmail click on "new mail"
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

A giant window covering all the screen (24") is opened.

EXPECTED RESULT

A normal size window is opened.
