I'm not sure what this app launcher is called. I press the windows key and it appears. In Kde 5, I could press the windows key, this launcher appeared, i typed some letters, pressed arrow key down and enter to start the app.

Arrow key down doesn't react anymore in kde 6. I have to use the mouse to select the results.

I don't think that's kickoff. Look at the screenshot of this report and the one you think might be a duplicate. If the kickoff component is for all launchers please change it back to kickoff.

This was a bug in Application Dashboard that was later fixed.
