SUMMARY

"Open new files on tabs" and "Focus on tab if the file is already opened" option doesn't work on Windows. Double clicking on a pdf creates a new window of Okular regardless of which option is chosen in the configuration tab.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Launch Okular.
2. Turn "Open pdf files on a new tab" option on in the config page.
3. Double click on a pdf file.

OBSERVED RESULT

Opening a pdf files launches a new instance of Ocular.

EXPECTED RESULT

The said pdf file would show up on a new tab.
