SUMMARY When I connect an External screen the external screen is black or showing parts of the wallpaper. In any case no windows are shown there and I cannot interact (nor see) windows in the external screen. This happens with any external screen on any of my accounts. I have tried reinstalling graphics drivers, deleted the files in ~/.local/share/kscreen/, but nothing changes. The display is recognised when connecting, but then all I get is a mouse cursor moving across a black screen on the external. The laptop screen is still working fine, with no issues. I have had this issue for a while and no updates so far have made it go away. There are no obvious errors or anything I can make out in the system. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. I wish I knew....
