Please confirm what you mean by frozen. Can you move the mouse? Drag windows? Interact with the panel?

Where are you typing print screen?
Comment 2 Philippe ROUBACH 2024-03-27 10:06:09 UTC
Sorry

The mouse cursor moves well. But clicking anywhere has no effect.

For example, clicking an icon in the systray, the icon of the kde menu launcher.

When I say typing "print screen" I mean the key "print screen"

A non-random case.

Start the PC.
open a kde sesssion.
Wait for the lock screen.
Wait for the black screen.
Unlock the lock screen.

anywhere you click there is no effect.

If you run glxgears, do the gears continue spinning after unlocking the computer?
