SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit mode clicking right mouse button on the panel
2. Choose custom width while having centered alighnment 
3. Resize choosing to drag to resize minimum or maximum size of the panel 
4. Choose then the position you want
OBSERVED RESULT
Right side only resizes 

EXPECTED RESULT
Both sides should be resized

Being fixed after restarting the system
